Thank you for shopping at computerg.shop. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help — here's how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Part A — Standard Returns stocked items
Eligibility — initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original factory-sealed packaging (anti-tamper seals and shrink-wrap intact), with all accessories, manuals and promotional materials included.
Restocking fee — a 25% fee applies to eligible returns (inspection, testing and repackaging). It's waived when:
- ✓The product arrived defective or damaged
- ✓The product was shipped in error by us
- ✓The return is due to a warranty issue
Part B — Items Available to Order not held in local stock
Items labelled Available to Order are sourced from our supplier specifically for your order, after payment clears. Because they're ordered on your behalf, return terms differ:
- ›Returns are limited to defective-on-arrival (DOA) cases — once shipped, "changed my mind" or compatibility miscalculations aren't accepted.
- ›Defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.
- ›Other hardware faults within the warranty period — see the Warranty Policy tab.
- ›At checkout you confirm you've read and accepted these terms before ordering.
Part C — Common Terms
- Sign in at computerg.shop and go to My Account → Your Orders.
- Open the order that contains the item you want to return.
- Use the message box at the bottom of the order page to tell us which item you're returning and why — attach photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We'll reply on the order page (and by email) with return instructions and your return authorisation (RMA) number.
Ordered as a guest or can't sign in? Email [email protected] with your order number and item details. Please don't ship anything back before receiving your authorisation number.
Delivery Times Explained
Every product shows a delivery status telling you how soon we can get it to you. These indicate the estimated time to dispatch your order from our warehouse — final delivery also depends on the courier. All timeframes are in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
