Thank you for shopping at computerg.shop. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help — here's how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Two return tiers apply — based on whether the item is held in our local stock or sourced from our supplier for your order. Items marked Available to Order are clearly labelled on the product page and at checkout.

Part A — Standard Returns stocked items

Eligibility — initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original factory-sealed packaging (anti-tamper seals and shrink-wrap intact), with all accessories, manuals and promotional materials included.

Restocking fee — a 25% fee applies to eligible returns (inspection, testing and repackaging). It's waived when:

  • The product arrived defective or damaged
  • The product was shipped in error by us
  • The return is due to a warranty issue

Part B — Items Available to Order not held in local stock

Items labelled Available to Order are sourced from our supplier specifically for your order, after payment clears. Because they're ordered on your behalf, return terms differ:

  • Returns are limited to defective-on-arrival (DOA) cases — once shipped, "changed my mind" or compatibility miscalculations aren't accepted.
  • Defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.
  • Other hardware faults within the warranty period — see the Warranty Policy tab.
  • At checkout you confirm you've read and accepted these terms before ordering.

Initiating a return — contact support with your order number and item details. We'll send instructions and a return authorisation number. Please don't ship anything back before receiving authorisation.

Return shipping — you're responsible for the cost of returning the item. Use a trackable method; shipping costs are non-refundable.
