Exclusions
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorised modifications.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function.
- Damage from incorrect installation or incompatible system configurations.
- Failure caused by power surges, water damage, or environmental factors outside manufacturer specifications.
- Software, BIOS/firmware updates, and OS compatibility issues.
- Data loss — back up regularly; we are not liable for data loss during repair or replacement.
Claim Process
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, fault description, and photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team may guide you through troubleshooting to confirm the fault is hardware-related.
- If confirmed, we issue an RMA number — please do not ship anything back without it.
- Ship the faulty unit to us at your cost, in original packaging or anti-static equivalent.
- Within 7 business days we determine the resolution: replacement, repair, or refund.
- We ship the replacement to you at our cost.
Beyond the ComputerG Period
For products whose manufacturer warranty exceeds our 1-year period, claims after the ComputerG period are handled directly with the manufacturer using your serial number and our invoice as proof of purchase. We can provide invoice copies and documentation on request, but cannot act as your RMA agent beyond the 1-year ComputerG warranty period.
Terms
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Unauthorised repair attempts void the warranty.
- This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Cyprus consumer law.

Part A — Standard Returns stocked items
Eligibility — initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original factory-sealed packaging (anti-tamper seals and shrink-wrap intact), with all accessories, manuals and promotional materials included.
Restocking fee — a 25% fee applies to eligible returns (inspection, testing and repackaging). It's waived when:
- ✓The product arrived defective or damaged
- ✓The product was shipped in error by us
- ✓The return is due to a warranty issue
Part B — Items Available to Order not held in local stock
Items labelled Available to Order are sourced from our supplier specifically for your order, after payment clears. Because they're ordered on your behalf, return terms differ:
- ›Returns are limited to defective-on-arrival (DOA) cases — once shipped, "changed my mind" or compatibility miscalculations aren't accepted.
- ›Defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.
- ›Other hardware faults within the warranty period — see the Warranty Policy tab.
- ›At checkout you confirm you've read and accepted these terms before ordering.
